The Extreme Flow Design fuel pressure regulator is optimized for high-performance fuel systems, particularly those using large electric fuel pumps like the Eliminator, Pro-Pump, Dual A1000, and Brushless 3.5/5.0 Gear Pumps, with flow rates of 2.5–6.0 GPM. It’s also suitable for mechanical pumps up to 6.0 GPM. Key features include:

• Compact Design: 2-port body with dual ORB-10 inlet/outlet ports and one ORB-10 return port.
• High Flow: 0.313" valve/seat tailored for high-flow electric pumps.
• Dual Springs:
  • Standard spring (30–75 PSI base pressure, installed).
  • High-pressure spring (75–120 PSI, included).
• Pressure Management: Vacuum and boost reference at a 1:1 ratio.
• Fuel Compatibility: Gasoline, ethanol, and methanol.
• High-Pressure Systems: For base pressures above 70 PSI with electric pumps, run two pumps of similar flow rates in series for optimal performance.
